The food is good. I have eaten in the restaurant and also had it deliver to my home. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly and polite. Mario (owner) remembers the regular customers and what they usually order.
I recommend the salt n pepper shrimp. They are amazing. I just wish you were able to change out the rice like other places

Was taken for my birthday to Chin San. We arrived about 12:45pm on Monday and seated immediately. They weren't full, but there constantly were people in the restaurant. I had chased chicken, egg drop soup and ragoons. My friend had sesame chicken, hot and sour soup and an egg roll. We had a side of plain lo mein. Our drinks Water w/lemon) were brought right away after we ordered and the our soup was brought out with an order of fried wontons. Our food was brought fairly quickly and everything was good. There are two dining areas, tables are not crowded which is nice. Waitress was sweet and prompt. Everyone was friendly.
